Photography and Reality
The public is welcome to meet internationally recognized photographer, Duane Michals, when he presents this inquiry into how photography can be used to grapple with the underlying questions surrounding the nature of one's experiences and one's reality.

Duane Michals is a true innovator. A poet, philosopher, and a photographer, Michals has managed to merge his three muses into a single output for a highly distinctive and original body of work. He is clearly an artist whose surreal and staged photographs are not defined by the medium - rather Michals has redefined the medium to suit his expressive needs.
